Executive Search is all about people. Every day brings a new meeting with clients and candidates from all kinds of sectors. One day I find myself in the south of the country at a meat wholesaler, another day I share inspiring visions with a founder of a dynamic leisure company and then again I feel the pride of an international maritime family business.

Clients are not just looking for someone for a position; they are looking for a unique personality that resonates with their organization and the current business phase. Someone who not only contributes, but really makes a difference. That's where we make the difference! We search and find the needle in the haystack.

In my conversations with (potential) candidates, it is about more than just work experience. It's about the person, their dreams and what drives them. It often happens that someone has a period in their CV that is not immediately explainable, referred to as "sabbatical", "world trip", or "freelance".

We live in a time when everyone sometimes chooses a moment for themselves or simply does not agree with an employer. I invite candidates to be open about this and share their personal story.
