Our first and most crucial step in the process is getting to know you and your organization. We strive to understand the essence of your business, to feel and experience it. Based on these in-depth insights, we create a detailed job profile together with you, which serves as the basis for our search for suitable candidates on the market. Our approach is personal and tailor-made, without mass production. We act with integrity and professionally, with a focus on speed and effectiveness.


Within just three weeks we will present you with a selection of candidates who are all qualified to fill the intended position. The final choice lies with you and your team, but we remain involved as advisors and coordinators throughout the entire process, even after the ideal candidate has been on board. Regular contact and aftercare are self-evident to us, because we strive for long-term and successful collaborations.

Week 1
Signing the cooperation agreement.
Carrying out an environmental analysis and conducting discussions with important stakeholders.
Weeks 2 & 3

At the end of week 3:

Presentation of the selected shortlist of candidates.
And then...?
Once you receive the shortlist of candidates from us, we will take the time to go through each profile with you, one by one. We then schedule appointments between you as the client and the candidates.
BFF Recruitment takes the lead in organizing and coordinating this process and acts as a central point of contact for all parties. We offer ongoing advice and intensive consultation with both candidates and clients, with the aim of making the process run as smoothly as possible. This also applies to the crucial phase of contract negotiations.
